Dr. Tsai Shen-Ju was the director of the Department of Family Medicine at the Hualien Hospital of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. He served in public and private hospitals and hospice organizations in the country and city area, and has extensive experience in long-term care and non-cancer hospice care.
