Purpose
The hospice services offered by the hospital is mainly to help terminally ill patients and their families retain dignity and safety of life and gain care of body, mind, and soul in terms of whole person, whole family, whole process, whole team, and whole team.
Our principle of care
Whole person
Reduce the physical pain of the patients, promote psychological safety, and raise the space for spiritual growth.
Whole family
Family members are the extension of care. Listen, stay with, care for, and assist the family, so that pressure and sadness can be relieved.
Whole process
Provide continuous and holistic care from hospitalization until passing, as well as grief counseling for family members.
Whole team
In collaboration with doctors, nurses, social workers, dietitians, pharmacists, chaplains, psychologists, volunteers and other professionals, it provides a wide range of interdisciplinary organized care.
Whole community
Extend the care services to the whole community and provide hospice care at home so that it can be closer to the needs of the patients and their families.
